Registration will open Friday, April 17th!
The end goal is to complete 310,000 steps in the month of May. To make this goal easily achievable, your daily goal is to get 10,000 steps.
1. Visit the Strava website to sign-up for a FREE account and join the IDS Fitness Center Club. (You can find both clickable links in the flyer.)
2. Once you join the IDS Fitness Center Club on Strava, feel free to join the 10K a Day in May event.
3. Download the Strava app to your phone and start tracking your activity throughout the month of May! Activity will automatically upload to the Strava club once you ‘end/finish’ your activity.
For reference, every participant will base their activity on this conversion:
• Walk/run/jog = 1 mile = 2,000 steps
• Bike = 1 mile = 1,000 steps
